Young people from 12 years of age, and adults, with a primary diagnosis of Intellectual Disability
and/or
People who reside in group accommodation
and/or
People seeking assessment and intervention regarding home supports and housing options
our books are closed while we service existing clients
WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE
If you would like to have yourself or someone you support added to our waitlist (including SDA / SIL support), please respond via the WAITLIST link below
You will then be contacted when a place becomes available and offered this place, which you can choose to accept or decline at the time
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a timeframe for this, so we recommend adding yourself or the person you support to the waitlist for any providers you feel may be appropriate, simultaneously
